Welcome to EthioMUM group!  This group is created to maintain communication between the students who are living in MUM campus. Your group gives you instant access to Group event calendars, get to know each other, and stay informed all the time. And most importantly we share resources, information and ideas!

 New Student Orientation is also designed to help new comers make a successful transition to college life. During Orientation, you will have the opportunity to compare and contrast the campus life in Ethiopia and here in USA. In addition, you become more familiar with college resources, policies and procedures.

This group is geared for activity in the Pacific Northwest. Seattle, Bellevue,Tacoma, Kent, Auburn, Everett and and the surrounding area's. A place for people of the Seattle area to make new friends, stay in touch with old ones, discuss whatever they wish. It can be about Seattle or not.  Reconnecting with friends. You can use this group to connect with the people around you. This is a group where people can come and meet and talk about good places to go around town.

Let's share our experiences and tell each other about our life mistakes to others, so maybe others will hear you and won't make those mistakes and improve their life and get that real sattisfaction.

I received a Davis Foundation "Projects for Peace" grant of $10,000 to work with HIV/AIDS orphans supported by a community based organization in Ethiopia. The budget for my project goes beyond what the grant providers. I'm fund raising within the Ethiopian community in Seattle to make up the difference. Please attend my event on May 10 @ Habesha Ethiopian restaurant and/or make donations to my project.

We are planning to have a sort of gettogether during the DC ESFNA festival. We also have an intention of making it an annual event. We will creat a convinient way of communication and dialogue through out the year.
